Cargo class
General cargo can enter the standard routing flow, subject to destination, selected service, dimensions, chargeable weight and commodity-specific requirements.

Battery cargo requires an eligible dedicated service. Do not route through standard general-cargo air by default.

Each service documents its own cargo capability. ShipQualify maps that documentation to one of four public states, so a service that simply has no published statement is never shown as refusing the cargo.
Destination, carton dimensions and chargeable weight also shape the final decision.
